1. Participation in Affiliate program.

You should register and specify the site where partner’s links will be located in. By registering in Affiliate program you accept  the agreement.

2. Partner’s links, the rules of its placement.

After registration you can place special partner’s links at your site. Follows by this link will be counted in Affiliate program. You can place your links at any part of your site(s) which you have specified in Registration form. Content of your links must not cheat visitors and should exactly show our field.  It’s prohibited to place links at pages which can be interpreted by search engines as SPAM. It’s also disallowed to place partner’s links in email, ICQ, etc. SPAM methods.

3. Partner’s commission for performed orders.

Commission is calculated if partner allows using cookies in browser settings. If visitor comes via your partner’s link and registers at our Affiliate program during 2 months he becomes your referral. You can also get the rights of Reseller (full-functional affiliate of Telecomax company) or Franchiser of our services. These rights are given individually for best sellers. You should send the request to our manager to get them.
Commission rates:

• 10% for the 1-st level referrals - yellow partners (at once after registration)
• 5% for the 2-nd level referrals - green partners (commission from your referrals)
• 15-20 % for resellers - red partners
• exclusive %  for franchisers - white partners

4. Conditions of the partner’s commission calculation.

Commission is calculated after the order performed and the money got. If the conditions of Affiliate program are breached we have right  not to make payments.

5. Partner’s commission payment.

Partner’s commission payment is available if amount of money at partner’s account is more than 150$.

6. Disagreement.

If disagreement appears, it will be adjusted by talks. If it`s not it will be considered in commercial court of United Kingdom.
